WOODBRIDGE FUND

The purpose of the Woodbridge Fund is to raise money to help support community organizations and projects in Woodbridge.

The Woodbridge Fund will ensure:

  1. All funds raised will be donated to organization and projects in Woodbridge and to support the annual Luminaria project

  2. All decisions about the distributions of the funds will be decided by the Woodbridge Together Interact and approved by the Woodbridge Rotary

  3. The money that is raised is initially marked and deposited into the Woodbridge Together Interact bank account. After a collection period has finished, the money will then be distributed

  4. In the case that Woodbridge Together Interact was ever dissolved, the proceeds will be turned over to the Woodbridge Rotary

The Answers You Need

HOW DOES WOODBRIDGE INTERACT DECIDED WHERE THEY DONATE THE MONEY

Woodbridge Together Interact(WTI) will research organizations and projects in Woodbridge and note the various places they could donate funds. After a comprehensive list is made, the WTI members will vote on 1-5 organizations to donate too (in order to ensure each organization receives enough to result in an effect). When chosen, WTI will publish where the funds will be donated

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE MONEY I DONATE

When a person donates to the Woodbridge Fund the money is sent to the Woodbridge Together Interact (WTI) bank account; WTI then receives a receipt of the donation and marks the money as a donation to the Woodbridge Fund.
